The successful candidate will manage day-to-day store activities while implementing and maintaining compliance with
GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000
, and internal quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control
Ensure warehouse practices comply with
GMP, HACCP, and SFA/AVA
food safety regulations
Maintain accurate and traceable documentation for all materials and finished goods
Conduct internal inspections and support external audits (SFA, third-party, or certification audits)
Train and guide warehouse staff on hygiene, safety, and documentation requirements
Collaborate with QA, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure compliance throughout the supply chain
Drive continuous improvement in warehouse procedures and compliance readiness
Operate
forklift
or
reach truck
safely for material movement (valid forklift license preferred)
Requirements
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Food Science (preferred)
Minimum
3-5 years
experience in food warehouse, logistics, or quality compliance roles
Strong knowledge of
GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000
, and food handling regulations
Experience with ERP / inventory management systems is an advantage
Meticulous, organized, and proactive with strong leadership skills
