We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Wealth Management Onboarding Specialist to facilitate seamless client onboarding experiences. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth account setup processes, maintain compliance standards, and deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients joining our wealth management platform.

Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end onboarding processes, including document review, due diligence, and account set-up.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
Identify potential compliance or policy risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
Provide timely advisory and support to internal clients (e.g., Operations, Legal & Compliance, Risk Management, Project teams).
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and streamlining of documentation and static data updates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth client onboarding while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Your Experience and Skills
You have:
2-6 years of experience in Wealth Management Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Management, or related operations roles.
Solid understanding of Singapore regulatory frameworks (preferred).
Strong risk awareness and control mindset, with a logical and structured approach to problem-solving.
Experience driving or implementing process improvements, change initiatives, or automation projects (advantageous).
You are:

A clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
