The Single Coverage team is a key member of our wealth management front office team and works closely and directly with clients to meet their investment goals and objectives. The role is a hybrid between the current banker and the investment specialist role in the Private Bank in Asia.

Responsibilities
  • Support and manage all aspects of client relationships across the team; develop and maintain long-term relationships through professional/personal networks and contacts
  • Operate in both banker and investor capacity, and handle/coordinate with various teams on both overall account inquiries/maintenance as well as on investment-related aspects
  • Articulate and deliver strategic messages to their portfolio, prepare presentations and proposals, and take both solicited and unsolicited orders in all asset classes
  • Update clients regularly on markets, portfolio performance, investments opportunities, risks
  • Partner with the client including (but not limited to) updating KYC information, client suitability profile, hosting client meetings, monitoring funds/asset transfer and handling client ad-hoc queries.
  • Collaborate with the other integrated team members to provide a high quality of client service
  • Keeping track of Clients, AUMs and Revenues using our internal systems; periodic calculation of account performance
  • Work together with other teams in meeting all compliance, regulatory, risk management, operational, and due diligence requirements and compliance with internal policies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent is required
  • Minimum 7 years\' experience of wealth management experience along with strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a wealth management firm is strongly preferred, having dealt directly with clients in an investment advisory and relationship manager capacity
  • Ideally understand and have a working knowledge of the private banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team and be able to manage the accounts accordingly.
  • Proven client management skills and effective communication skills (oral and written) who can positively engage and influence clients as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.
  • Must be a team player and able to work with different business functions across the bank.
  • As the role is an important contributor to the strategy of JPM, comfort and experience working with and reporting to senior management is required.
  • Appropriate local regulatory qualification and licenses
  • Alongside fluent English, knowledge of other regional languages such Thai language skills would be a plus, as the job holder is required to support clients in Thailand
