We are seeking a talented and creative Web Graphic Designer to join our eCommerce team. As a Web Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual designs for digital channels that enhance the user experience and drive sales. Your designs will be used across various channels, including our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will also be responsible for designing marketing materials such as in-store visuals, brochures and flyers.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the eCommerce and Digital Channels teams to understand business objectives and design requirements.
• Create visual designs and layouts for our website, social media, and other digital channels.
• Design campaigns for online thematic events, such as flash sales and handset launches.
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines, yet develop new designs that are consistent with our overall brand image.
• Assist in developing and maintaining websites, intranet sites and email marketing campaigns.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other print collaterals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our digital marketing efforts and user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in Visual Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio displaying eCommerce and/or online advertising design.
• Excellent knowledge in designing for different mediums (print/digital).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and work well under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS will be an advantage.
• Experience in retail graphic design is a plus.
