Job description

• Content Management: You will be responsible for updating, creating, and maintaining the content of web portals. This includes publishing articles, blog posts, images, videos, and other media, ensuring content accuracy, and adhering to brand guidelines or editorial standards. You may also be involved in content planning and collaborating with content creators or subject matter experts.

• Website Maintenance: You will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of web portals. This may involve monitoring website performance, identifying and resolving technical issues or bugs, updating plugins or modules, and ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices. You may also be responsible for conducting routine backups and implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats.

• User Experience (UX) Enhancement: Ensuring a positive and intuitive user experience is a crucial aspect of web portal management. You will be involved in optimizing website navigation, improving page loading speed, and enhancing overall usability. This may include conducting user testing, analyzing user feedback, and collaborating with UI/UX designers to implement design improvements.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): You may be responsible for implementing basic SEO practices to improve the visibility and search engine ranking of web portals. This could involve optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and incorporating relevant keywords. You may also assist in monitoring website analytics and generating SEO reports to track performance.

• Website Analytics: You will work with website analytics tools to gather and analyze data on website traffic, user behavior, and other key metrics. This information can provide insights for improving the performance and effectiveness of web portals. You may be responsible for generating reports, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize the website\'s performance.

• Collaboration and Coordination: As a Junior Handler, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including content creators, designers, developers, and marketing teams. Effective communication and coordination are essential to ensure timely content updates, implement website improvements, and align with overall organizational objectives.

• Quality Assurance: You will be involved in conducting quality assurance checks to ensure the functionality and accuracy of web portals. This may include testing forms, links, and interactive elements, as well as verifying content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

• User Support: You may provide user support by responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing assistance related to the website\'s functionality or content. This could involve managing support tickets, responding to emails, or utilizing live chat or ticketing systems to address user concerns.

• Continuous Learning: As a Junior Handler, staying updated with the latest web technologies, trends, and best practices is crucial. Actively engage in self-learning, attend relevant training or webinars, and explore industry resources to enhance your knowledge and skills in web portal management.

Job requirement

- Minimum 1 year experience

- Has great interest in building websites and maintaining

- Keen on exploring solutions on advertising and innovating

- Maintaining existing portal reports

- Learn to bridge between support team and risk team

- Must be able to handle stress
