Web Systems and Platform Support (Intern / Part-Time)
Introduction
As a Web Systems and Platform Support Intern at St.Hua, you will be involved in maintaining and improving our websites and internal digital platforms. You will work closely with our team to support operational workflows, online communications, and digital presence. For candidates who are interested, there will also be opportunities to explore automation tools and AI-assisted development.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company websites and digital platforms.
Assist in improving UI/UX, navigation flow, web performance, and responsiveness.
Support SEO/SEM activities including analytics tracking, search optimisation, and content structure improvements.
Help integrate and configure plugins, APIs, dashboards, or internal web tools.
Support system-related tasks such as content updates, form setup, and simple automations.
Prepare brief documentation to track changes and enhancements.
Perform other related tasks as required.
Learning Outcomes
Practical experience in real-world web development and platform administration.
Understanding of how digital systems support operations in an education and consultancy environment.
Exposure to SEO/SEM strategy and web analytics.
(Optional) Experience exploring entry-level AI/automation tools for web support tasks.
Requirements
University students or Year 3 diploma students in Computing, IT, Web Development, or related fields.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and at least one web framework (e.g., React, Vue, Next.js, Django, Flask).
Comfortable with WordPress or eager to learn it quickly.
Basic familiarity with Python is a bonus (not required).
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with guidance.
