Handle reception duties including cashiering, maintain customers' information, class management, walk-in/phone and online enquires, complains and other ad-hoc duties . Promote and sell packages and programs, services and products offered by the Centre and conduct tour of the Centre . Strive to achieve sales target through clear communications, cross selling and upselling of services and products to customers . Maintain strong customer relationship by managing all enquiries with speed, clear explanation, and professionalism. . Keep self-updated with Centre programs, services, pricing options and product knowledge . Maintain the Centre facilities and ensure an inspirational atmosphere for customers . Conduct inventory stock takes of equipment and merchandises monthly and when required Additional Information: . Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from the hospitality, fitness and wellness/health, spa or service-related industry . Candidate must possess at least a tertiary education certificate . Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a busy and luxury environment . Excellent team working and collaboration skills . Working experience in fitness industry and a familiarity with Yoga and Pilates, is a plus .
