Job Description
s:
- Understand customers\' wellness aspirations and tailor their journey based on their individual needs, preferences, and health goals.
- Learn and familiarize with organization\'s products and services (wellness therapies, remedies, antidotes, etc.) and provide recommendations and educating guests about the treatments and processes.
- Supervise the therapy process and ensure guests feels supported and comfortable.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback on therapy sessions and offer additional services that could enhance their experience.
- Respond to any concerns/inquiries.
- Provide insightful tours of organization\'s facilities, sharing the benefits and features of organization\'s services.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, nutrition, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Certification or background in health coaching, nutrition, or fitness is advantageous.
- Comfortable to perform retail hours and weekends.
