Responsible for answering and managing appointment calls and general inquiries from members of public and patients with high service quality and operational standards.
Other duties include administrative tasks.

Requirements
Min N / O level
Call center experience (Any industry) or frontline customer service experience will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
5.5days work week- inclusive of both weekends n PH
Full Day: 9-6pm/ 12-9pm
Half Day: 9-1pm/ 12-4pm
The 0.5 day will be fixed on WEEKDAY, with 1 weekend off ( cannot chose the weekend)
