Job Description

To join our team, we are looking for highly driven and experienced individuals to fill the position of Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Supervisor.Responsibilities:

• Support the manager or deputy management run the store daily.
• Make sure that the requirements of the guests are fulfilled and recommend promotional merchandise to them.
• When the manager is not present, you are in charge of and accountable for any cash amounts within the outlet.
• Motivate and coach both new and current employees to uphold the company\'s standards.
• In charge of properly opening and closing the outlet.
• Provide the manager with input on any operational issues that arise.
• In charge of the cleaning and upkeep of the outlet
• In charge of the inventory.
• Hiring and educating employees.
• Supervising employees and giving them comments.

Requirements:

• Two to three years of F&B experience.
• It is necessary to have professional communication abilities.
• Dedication to providing high-quality service and expertise in food and drink.

Benefits

• $2500 - $3000
• 5-6 days (Including Weekends)
• 8-9 Hours per day (11am - 12am)
• Location: Sentosa
