They are changing their distributorship model to go direct in Asia and they are looking for a Wholesale Director to join their team and manage the sales strategy in South East Asia, reporting to the General Manager directly.
As a Wholesale Director, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
. Maintaining and developing an excellent relationship with distributors and retailers in SEA
. Analyzing and executing a go to market strategy to grow the retail productivity and minimize the stock level
. Setting sales action plans to achieve or over achieve the commercial goals
. Ensuring a premium quality level of customer experience and organize events and other activities to elevate the brand
. Managing the budget, forecast and targets to achieve
The successful applicant must have
. A degree in business or any related field
. 10 to 20 years of sales management in retail industry in Singapore, ideally from sports or shoes category
. A commercial mindset to drive and overachieve sales targets
. Passion for luxury industry and its high quality customer service
. Great communication skills as you will work with many stakeholders
This role will give you an opportunity to work for a company with an ambitious culture and in a structure which provides a platform to work closely with many shareholders You are reporting to the General Manager hence you will be stimulated to think like a business manager and grow the brand accordingly.
