We invite enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as: Wi-Fi Standardization Researcher Responsibilities: 1) Conduct research in IEEE 802.11 Wireless LAN technologies with focus on Wi-Fi 7 and beyond, study related technical issues, and work on novel features or relevant techniques to create patents for next-generation Wi-Fi standards. 2) Represent Panasonic to attend IEEE 802.11 standardization conferences, submit and discuss technical contributions with meeting delegates 3) Work closely with Panasonic team in monitoring standard development progress and technology trend for charting future research directions 4) Conduct simulations to support and/or evaluate research work, if applicable Requirements: . Good Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related discipline, with wireless communication background . Good understanding and experience with IEEE 802.11 WLAN protocol family at the Physical (PHY) and/or Medium Access Control (MAC) layers . Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills . Self-motivated, proactive, good team player . Knowledge and experience in wireless simulation using MATLAB, C/C++, python and/or other tools will be a plus .
