Broad Outline of the Role :

Provide regional and market intelligence for product development
Manage product effectively through all stages of its lifecycle
Develop and implement product marketing plans
Specify, monitor, and manage product financial, technical, service, and operational performance levels
Provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting on product or solution revenues and costs
Define the product\'s value proposition for sales and provide appropriate pricing guidelines
Lead and drive end-to-end product conceptualization, development, enhancement, and lifecycle management
Conduct capex and opex forecasting for the product in the region
Product P&L ownership and lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities :

Provide regional support and market intelligence for product development
Create new value proposition, market strategy, pricing, and positioning of the product with the sales and marketing teams
Support sales, channels, and commercial teams around pricing issues and provisioning for services
Conduct capex and opex forecasting for the product in the region
Lead and drive end-to-end product conceptualization, development, enhancement, and lifecycle management
Product P&L ownership and lifecycle management

Minimum Qualification & Experience :

Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or business or equivalent qualification
A management degree in marketing or product management experience is a plus
Cross-functional teaming skills across multiple teams and geographies
Multilayered systems thinking and meticulous problem-solving approach
Effective communication and presentation skills
Product management or related telecom experience in the domain of Wi-Fi and LAN services

Technical Competencies :

Good understanding of enterprise technology hype cycle and evolving technologies
Understanding of digital business demand of agile network
Good understanding of cloud-based enterprise ecosystem and its integration with telecom services
Knowledge of wireless and LAN technologies, cloud-based platforms, and network orchestration technologies
Knowledge of technology OEM vendors, S.I. partners ecosystem, and marketplace for managed Wi-Fi and SD LAN offering
Knowledge of application ecosystem for end business applications running on Wi-Fi and LAN infrastructure and associated application stack integration
Techno-commercial skills
Understanding of overall TCL product offerings and network and capability.
