Job Description
We're looking for a
hands-on Windows System Engineer
to maintain enterprise-grade IT infrastructure. You'll manage Windows environments ensuring performance, reliability, and security for mission-critical systems.What You'll Do
Perform antivirus definition and security patches, OS, software and firmware upgrades in the system Perform SSL certificate renewal of all certificates used in the system Troubleshoot system issues including working with OEM supports to determine cause of issue and rectification plan Perform monthly system preventive management health checks and reporting Support system deployment changes during off-peak operation hours Manage L1 to L3 incident tickets and service requests Provide L2 support 24/7 based on scheduled rotation basis

Windows Server 2019 and above Windows AD, user administration, management of GPO policies Windows CA and SSL certificates renewal Windows WSUS offline, WSUS manual catalogue import for windows security patch management Symantec EndPoint Protection (SEP), SEPM and Symantec LiveUpdate Administrator (LUA) VMware ESXi 7U3 and above, VMware VSAN stretch cluster, vCenter, NSX * Splunk Enterprise, Kiwi Syslog Server, syslog protocol for centralized log collection
