Job description
In your new role you will:
- Support Lot-On-Hold (LOH) disposition & Lot Disposition Request (LDR) creation
- Perform set-ups & 1st level troubleshooting (low yield, disable site, eqpt jamming, etc.)
- Support TP buyoff activity on J750/FLEX/V93k/IBIS platform
- Support TP remote debugging
- Support new hardware buyoff activity
- Perform Rejects verification when it's needed
- Support PE to do AMSA run
- Logistics Support - Raising NOSTAS to ship devices according to PE requirements
- Collect good sample and reject sample when PE needs
- Perform Setup calibration
- Support PE DOE activities
- Platform Migration support - buyoff run, chipsort, rejects verification
- Any other engineering activities
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- NITEC / Higher NITEC holder is also welcome, preferably with some years of experience in Final Test Equipment.
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably min 2 years relevant experience in the semiconductor indust
- Working experience on Final Test equipment would be advantageou
- Must be a team player and able to work independentl
- Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
- Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly
- Commit to min 2.5 years to 3 years of Work Study Diploma program with on job trainin
