Job Description


Frazer Jones is delighted to be representing a globally renowned FMCG firm in appointing a Workday HRIS Executive. Due to the current team structure and balance of the role, it is important this individual is a Workday HRIS specialist who has worked with the system closely.

You will support the Human Resources team with compensation and benefits (inclusive of payroll matters), industrial relations, HRIS, and international assignments. You will also work closely with the key stakeholders to frame and review HR policies and drive key HR initiatives. In addition, you will support the business partners in HR matters and ensure the provision of quality HR advice and services.

The role involves overseeing the creation of user accounts, managing access, and updating employee information. It encompasses maintaining databases, analysing data, and ensuring data integrity. The responsibilities also include recording and securely storing HR metrics, such as employee attendance and salaries, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Furthermore, the position entails developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.

The perfect candidate for this position will be someone who has achieved a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources or a closely related field, complemented by at least three years of dedicated experience in an HRIS administrator role. This individual should exhibit a profound understanding of and the ability to critically analyze HRIS performance metrics, demonstrating expertise in leveraging these insights to enhance HR operational efficiencies.

Critical to this role is the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s capacity to operate effectively both autonomously and as an integral component of a team. This position demands exceptional organizational and analytical prowess, along with an unwavering commitment to detail. The individual must exhibit an innate ability to manage and protect confidential information, ensuring sensitive data is handled with the utmost discretion. The role requires a high degree of proficiency in using HRIS platforms, with a preference for candidates experienced in systems such as Workday, Prosoft, or the Workforce System. The ideal applicant will be someone who not only meets these technical and experiential prerequisites but also brings a proactive, insightful approach to navigating the complexities of human resources information systems.
