We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.



DESIGNATION : Workforce Executive



RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a detail-oriented Workforce Executive to support our Workforce Department primarily through data management and manpower coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking of workforce data and assist in manpower planning to meet operational needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update manpower databases and workforce records with accuracy and timeliness. Monitor workforce deployment and assist in manpower planning based on project schedules and operational demands. Coordinate with department heads and site supervisors to collect manpower-related data and report manpower status regularly. Prepare and generate workforce and manpower reports for management review. Assist in the processing of employment documentation, medical screenings, and work permit renewals where applicable. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to manpower records and documentation. Support workforce-related administrative tasks and employee data management. Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth workforce operations and data flow.




QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience in data management, workforce coordination, or administrative support is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with HR or workforce management systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
