Qualifications:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Setting, implementing, and monitoring Conectys Business Frame on Workforce Management
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve WFM performance at company level
Design, implement and deliver training to enhance employee's work performance
Lead WFM specialist to ensure optimum accuracy and efficiency is achieved in all required deliverables
Implement team operational frame, capacity planning and operating hours as agreed with WFM Manager and account management
