JLL Consulting services delivery, especially delivery of change management services:

• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the client organization to understand change objectives, challenges, and levers and blockers
• Supporting change management programme planning and management and socialisation
• Change management collateral preparation
• Supporting the planning and delivering change management activities (focus group discussions, workshops)
• Supporting planning and delivery of communications activities (newsletters, town halls, posters, flyers, etc.)
• Liaising with client-side change enablers (HR, real estate, IT infrastructure, project management, corporate communications, FM services, etc.) as required

Supporting the setting up and running of Workplace Strategy Projects, which includes:

• Setting up and monitoring Data Collection Process for space utilization and collaboration studies, as well as analyzing and interpreting the workplace data
• Supporting stakeholder Engagement Process, such as C-Suite Interviews, Senior Staff Workshops, Online Surveys, Focus Group Discussions, etc.
• Supporting preparation and facilitation of focus group workshops
• Analysing and synthesizing the data from data and engagement workstreams
• Reporting on and presenting the findings to client stakeholders at all levels
• Supporting the Change and Communications Planning Process

Other roles include:

• Supporting other Consulting assignments such as Portfolio Strategy and location advisory
• Collaborating with other subject matter experts including from the transaction management and project management teams locally, regionally, and globally.
• Collaborating and sharing knowledge with JLL workplace teams globally
