The Role

To provide a warm welcome to all colleagues and stakeholders to the HQ and provide orientation of the workspace and other offerings. The Community Ambassador provides key contact points to ease stakeholders into the environment by assisting with related queries and assisting to organize social events for all.

Key accountabilities

• Provide a welcoming experience which assimilates and induct all stakeholders to the workplace; to provide concierge and technology introduction services to users
• Build relationships and provide personalized experiences to stakeholders
• Obtain user feedback and propose service improvements for the workplace
• Screening of visitors to ensure legitimacy of visit and provide directions
• Assist in Food and Beverage offering such as stocking up of pantry and/or supplies when required
• Administrate the space utilization and booking system
• Assist in the setup of workspace for meetings, or conversion to town hall and/or events
• Recommend and contribute ideas for social events to foster intermingling and cohesiveness of colleagues
• Carry out inventory checks for workplace supplies such as stationery, printing supplies and other consumables, and follow with the required procedures for approval to procure
• Ensure the workplace is kept clean and sanitized
• Assists the Community Manager in any other adhoc tasks

• At least a Diploma, preferably in Hospitality in Business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Able to respond and resolve issues at hand
• Proactive approach in service provision
• Well-groomed and confident
