The Workplace Services Intern will be responsible for supporting our daily operations in our regional offices, up to 1000 employees, across multiple floors in a grade A office building.

Responsibilites:

  • Assists in administering the day to day operations
  • Maintain site records, documentation, filing and reporting data, keeping it updated and accurate.
  • Escort 3rd party vendors on weekdays and weekends, as required.
  • Support Reception, Mailroom and other services as required.
  • Vendor management, ensuring that they work with agreed SLAs.
  • Review budgets and financials with Workplace Services Team
  • Monitor Helpdesk work orders and ensure work orders issued are closed in time with customer satisfaction.
  • Support raising PO/PR and AP completes the payments
  • Conducts weekly/monthly safety walks and workplace inspections.
  • Prepare reports and documents in a variety of formats (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.).
  • Escalate urgent issues identified to the Facilities Manager
  • Raise purchase orders, requisitions and other documents as required.
  • To coordinate all aspects of Health and Safety and Fire Safety in the area of responsibility.
  • Provides support whenever there is shortage of manpower within the team.
Requirements :
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Events Management or Facilities Management highly preferred
  • Good to have strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and tech
  • Willingness to learn and being hands on
  • Knowledge of G Suite
  • Have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa
