Singtel is looking for a Workplace Project Coordinator with workplace experience to join the Group Property team.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimise space utilisation across the Singtel corporate buildings (approx. 35,000sm)
  • Develop site occupancy plans to meet change in business requirements
  • Analysis of forecasted headcount and seat supply projections, stacking plans, move scenarios
  • Implement move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy plan
  • Annual charge backs to the Business Units based on the space allocation and agreed rental value
  • Generate reports on ongoing basis for the Group Property and Workplace team to review the space usage metrics, including but not limited to
  • Density, Occupancy (Area/Person)
  • Density, Seating Capacity (Area/Work Point)
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with key business partners
  • Manage minor interior works, restacks independently from start to finish. Knowledge of procurement of consultants, contractors, furniture vendors is a must.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders
  • Support the Project Managers in the team in the delivery of corporate workplace projects when required
Requirements:

Education and Technical Skills:
  • Degree in a related discipline or field of study (i.e., Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management, Project, or Construction Management, etc.) or 5+ years of related experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and fundamental in AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Excel Pivots, VLOOKUP, Power BI, iOffice or Tableau is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRE software like Serraview or Archibus would be an advantage
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Strong verbal presentation skills, ability to communicate strategy and move plans to employees
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and financial concepts
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Good conflict management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and to quality.
