Responsible for conducting audit based on workplace safety and health (WSH) management system and ISO 9001, 14001, & ISO 45001 management system related standard(s);
Prepare audit plans for WSH & ISO audits and audit reports and submit within the required timeline;
Ensure assigned audits are carried out in compliance with accreditation requirements;
Review audit reports as and when assigned by Operations team;
Follow-up closely with client on NC notes and take necessary actions to address and close queries promptly;
To carry out any other task assigned by Operation Manager;
Ensure compliance with Corporate' policy & procedures, ISO/IEC 17021, ISO 19011 standard requirements;
Develop course materials and conduct management system standards training.
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Building & Construction or Civil Engineering or any other engineering related discipline with minimum 5 years of working experiences;
Successfully completed Lead Auditor Course ISO 45001;
MOM Registered WSHO with at least 5 years of practical experience;
MOM Approved WSH Auditor (Preferable) or Approved WSH Auditor under SAC-AO scheme;
Successfully completed the Graduate Certificate in WSH under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) Framework for WSH Professionals (Level "D") (Preferable);
Detailed and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a team player Excellent communication, report writing, presentation and analytical skills Willing to travel overseas to conduct audits;
Computer literacy for MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Professional training will be provided
Be able to work independently with high level of initiative and resourcefulness
