Job Description

Location: Islandwide

Responsibilities:

• Provide full support and assistance to project team in their day-to-day job functions including stakeholder engagement/s requiring inputs/ follow-ups from project team.
• Provide full support and assistance with projects team handled by site staff members, such as digital technology aids and trials/ testbed equipment, culture building towards the vision of Zero Harm and provide comments and/or recommendations where necessary
• Analyse data and trending from various channels such as contractor demerit points and validating submissions from contractors
• Access and provide recommendation/s to video analytics from various sources such as digital technology trials, hardware trials, IOTs
• Conduct kick-off requirements & expectations and post tender transition for contractors (onboarding)
• Provide support in planning and implementing WSH operations, and provide inputs/ recommendations for continual improvement/s.
• Oversight and perform random audits on WSH Professionals deployed for site inspections and build rapport with relevant project teams to synergise directions on safety initiatives and efforts

• At least 10 years of working experience including construction and other industries will be preferred
• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health related legislation and its subsidiary legislation (e.g. WSH Act, Fire Safety Act and EPMA).
• Currently a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer under MOM & Registered ECO under NEA
• Possess high level of integrity, motivation and self-discipline to work independently
• Able to work as a team player; providing assistance to others when required
• Possess effective communication skills to manage stakeholders and cascade information
• Possess report writing and computer skills
• Involved with technological implementation or familiar with use of technologies (e.g. e-PTW system, video analytics, data analytics, use of drone) will be preferred
