Job Description

Office Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.00am - 6.00pm Monthly Salary: up to $5500, with completion bonus 1 Year Contract (convertible to permanent role)

Responsibility



Ensure workplace and site compliance with occupational safety, health, and security (SHS) standards. Oversee and implement SHS activities in alignment with legal requirements, including construction safety regulations, cleanroom protocols, and other relevant standards. Foster a culture of safety and promote safe work practices across all operational areas. Support the company's Environmental, Health & Security (EHS) efforts, including daily reporting, safety inspections, safety briefings, and execution of EHS programs at project sites. Consolidate and communicate findings from site-based EHS initiatives to relevant company stakeholders. Liaise with customer and main contractor safety representatives as needed to ensure alignment and compliance. Supervise and monitor the safe execution of tasks performed by Field Service Operations (FSO) and Factory Support Engineers, ensuring adherence to site-specific protocols. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall business and operational objectives.



Requirements



WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level C)

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experiences in construction industry

Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) by MOM

Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
