About the role:

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, we are seeking a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to oversee and manage all safety-related matters on site. The WSHO will be responsible for ensuring adherence to WSH regulations, conducting risk assessments and site inspections, implementing safety protocols, and coordinating safety training for workers. The ideal candidate should be MOM-registered and possess strong knowledge of local safety standards to support a proactive safety culture throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities (Project Duration- 2 years):

Ensure compliance with all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.

Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures.

Develop and implement safety procedures and emergency response plans.

Conduct safety briefings, trainings, and promote a strong safety culture on site.

Requirements:

MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of local WSH legislation, risk management, and safety practices.

Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to conduct training and engage workers.

Pay: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
