Roles & Responsibilities Work closely with different teams to plan, implement and maintain effective WSHE related work plans Coordinate WSH programme initiatives Actively conduct MSRA review and recommend appropriate control measures to mitigate risks on site Identify areas for improvement and monitor implementation progress of recommended measures via site inspections and engagement with different work teams Report on WSHE issues to Management including preparation of data and statistics in monthly summary report Ensure project's compliance with all statutory requirements at all times Lead and coach site safety team Liaise with Authorities All other adhoc duties as and when directedRequirements Possess a valid WSHO & ECO registration with MOM & NEA respectively. Preferably 3 years relevant experience working as WSHO Minimum 5 years experience in local building construction projects Self-driven and team player with good interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 5.5 day work week
