Requirments
Must have At least 3 Years of Experience Construction Industry
Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM
Must be a registered ECO with NEA & ECMO with IES Singapore.
Completed the Develop Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of documentation & data analysis.
Good communication skills and team player
Roles & Responsibilities
To assist the project manager in advising on all safety, health, environmental and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations and relevant safety standards.
Responsible for the health, safety and environmental control, and for assisting the Head, of Safety to update the Safety Management System Manual and ensuring that all works adhere to the procedures and instructions
To ensure that all assessments as required by legislation are conducted and reviewed at relevant intervals and to maintain records of the same.
To review daily health, safety and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with the Contractor for closure.
To review the investigations of all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.
To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or client's H.S.E. guidance.
