Enforcement of the implemented Safety Management System for the purpose of ensuring the safety and protecting the health of all staffs and workers in the workplace / projects overall
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Company\'s ISO & OSHAS policies
Conduct monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues
Conduct accident / incident investigations and recommendations on corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Provide the Safety and Health Committees with the tools, resources and support enabling them to function effectively
Prepare and submit Site Environmental Control Programme of the construction site before work commences on the worksite
Provide and conduct Safety training for all new employees and workers
Manage safety violation and award programs
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Environment/Health/Safety or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
