Responsible for defining and/or executing strategy related to real estate, building infrastructure, employee amenities and customer environment.

Manages teams responsible for managing suppliers and outsourced facilities services.

Ensures the following outcomes: (1) support and enhance business capability by running an efficient and reliable infrastructure and providing innovative solutions to new requirements; (2) exploit the Agilent brand by ensuring sites provide an appropriate employee and customer environment; (3) ensure compliance with external regulations such as fire, EHS, building regulations; (4) provide top-quartile financial performance combined with industry leading service levels; (5) stewardship of asset health by insuring appropriate levels of investment and adequate protection from loss/disaster.

Execution is delivered through the performance management of strategic suppliers.

Demand/consumption is determined through extensive engagement with business management to determine current and future needs; consulting with managers and vendors to ensure the right decisions are made from an Agilent perspective, and innovative and pro-active proposals for business solutions (e.g. site consolidations).

Ensures adherence to company facility standards.

Manages substantial facilities budgets for assigned organization(s).

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience.

Minimum of 5 years experience formally or informally leading people, projects and/or programs.
