Workplace Strategy is a unique and highly strategic service that seeks to understand an organization (now and its vision for the future) and then demonstrate how the design and use of workplace environments can enhance employee experience and performance to ultimately drive better business performance whilst simultaneously delivering cost benefits. We undertake research, develop strategies, and build and deliver change and communication programs. The kind of people and skills are we looking for

  • We are looking for people who are excellent communicators who are not intimidated talking to very senior people in our client organisations. Lateral thinking, dealing with ambiguity, persistence and a willingness to put forward alternative ideas are all important traits.
  • Candidates will generally have been involved in developing workplace strategies, and/or implementing programs with a strong element of change and in building effective communications networks with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • All roles will include engagement with client managers and staff, collection and review of data about workplaces, capturing and assessing different work styles in an organisation, and the preparation of well-structured and well-written strategies and reports. We have an established set of tools and playbooks to support our processes.

  • Participates in the development of workplace strategies, and reports.
  • Designs the research activities and undertakes the activities to support key data gathering processes and tools including developing communications material and preparatory work related to surveys and observation studies.
  • Supports business development such as preparation for proposals and presentation decks.
  • Analyzes key findings and possible solutions using standard procedures, technical expertise and judgment, and precedents
  • Data collation and analysis and the creation of summary slides, diagrams, charts, and other written material.
  • Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish own work
  • Supports quantitative and qualitative data analysis from research such as surveys, and utilization studies.
  • Supports face-to-face/remote engagement with client staff, including interviews, workshops, and focus groups. Collate and summarise notes. Helps prepare presentation slide decks.
  • Participates in the technology review and development of technology transformation strategies, and reports.
  • Drafts change communication plans, workshop materials, and templates.
  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
  • General support to seniors related to projects, business development, and administrative activities such as billing, Salesforce update, and travel coordination.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Demonstrate experience in data collection and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English
  • Microsoft Office particularly advanced-level Excel skills a must
  • Experience using AutoCAD a good plus
  • Knowledge of analytical programming (R, Python) and experience using visualization/ reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) a good plus
