We aims to create innovative space experiences that matter and nurturing the mindset among others. The role requires good appreciation of agile project management understanding, but also a good understanding of digital or \xe2\x80\x9cphygital\xe2\x80\x9d workplace software products and data acquisition tools. The successful incumbent will assist to support digital and data driven operations & maintain digital products/projects across all client\'s functions covering space & occupancy tools, data instrumentation, employee science data tools and core client digital tools.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesWith a focus on IT technical implementation on client\'s digital projects, to manage, support and execute works for new initiatives. Delivering products / outcomes end-to-end, while managing cost to meet target and budget cost as well as to provide value add to uplift employee / customer experience.Transform client\xe2\x80\x99s real estate portfolio, people & places management tool, project management, facilities management, sustainability management, employee experience centred services into digital and data productsBe part of an initiative team to deliver latest workplace technology (ie. Video Conferencing system, Meeting Room Booking system, Smart Lockers)Coordinate and work with diverse team and squad members incorporating software technology, data analytics, mobile and desktop applications and data acquisition tools (i.e. IoT sensors)Deliver best in class software or digital applications to be used by client\'s employees and partnering with vendor and client\'s technology teams.Who we are Looking ForCandidates with good or applied understanding in dovetailing digital application and data solutions in the built environment or workplaces would be considered highly (i.e. SmartNation, Smart Building and Workplace automation/robotics, Digital collaboration tools(Teams, Webex, Zoom)Generalists with experience in Design Thinking, Agile Coaching or project management, adopt a data and insights first principles in creative problem solving and with greater understanding of employee experience, user experiences or even from hospitality and customer experience sectors will also be considered highlyA self-starter, able to communicate effectively and powerfully, analytical thinker with great people skills in managing people and team and stakeholders with a flair for creative and innovative thinking will be an ideal candidateRequired ExperienceHave minimum 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in IT position.Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systemsExpertise in IT management and data governancePreferably have experience or understanding of Cloud technologies, cyber security and office 365 and collaboration products(WebEx, Teams)Good written communication (in English) for reporting to all stakeholders at different levels, ability to convey issues concisely and accurately to all levels within the organisationStrong communicator - Interpersonal skills - ability to build productive working relationships and influenceA degree in software technology development, data science & analytics, technology agile project development, workplace technology products or equivalent.Location:On-site \xe2\x80\x93SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all the requirements.
