Job Description
CoGri Asia Pacific is the industrial leader specializing in design, construction, and upgrading of superflat high tolerance concrete floors for the Logistics and Industrial building in the Asia Pacific region.We are currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Works Manager.
CoGri Works Manager is responsible for day to day operations and ensuring work is on time and of the right quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage and Coordinate of Labour and Equipment
Defining clear roles and responsibilities and deliverables requirements in terms of both scope and schedule of Works Team Coordinating and supervising Works Team
2. Maintain high quality standards
Maintaining high standards of quality control procedures Monitoring productivity and schedule performance
3. Manage Materials usage
Reviewing progress and liaising with Project Manager to monitor costs Ensuring documents are filled drawn up and submit accordingly
4. Project compliance and reporting
Ensuring contractual specifications and requirements are met Preparing Works daily reports, records and drawings Ensuring proper approval and documentation of changes to work scope
5. Ensure site safety
Implementing safe work procedures Carrying out safety inspections Adhering to Company safety standards * Promoting safety culture among Works team
