Clerk / Admin / Receptionist





Must be competent with MS Office Suite


Handle phone calls & enquiries


Assist & Advise customer on the paperwork and processes


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Excellent Customer Service skills


Training & Coaching provided


1st week - Orientation; 2nd to 4th week - On Job Training







Training and coaching will be provided for those who are interested to progress to be Service Advisor / Claim Exec / Estimator / Asst. - -. .





1. Manager:



Manage Customer expectations from Accident reporting to Vehicle repair completion


Create Repair Estimates for damaged vehicles


Communicate with insurance company/surveyors for claims


Manage & co-ordinate with Technicians on repair plans


2.

Good to have:



Driving license


Other areas of expertise and working experience are welcomed


Working experience in Automotive Repair industry


Familiar with car Insurance Claims procedures


Salary commensurate with experience, working ability and skill setSingaporean/PR Only

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat)


Working Location: Woodlands / Jurong East


Flexi Working Hours and alternate Saturdays will be based on Work Performance, Experience, Ability and Independence
