The Workshop Executive will work at our Sungei Kadut Workshop (for vehicles: tipper trucks, lorries, diesel trucks, no-plate/vehicles)

Provide advice and technical assistance to mechanics
Supervise and monitor mechanics\xe2\x80\x99 performance on daily routine basis
Ensure speedy / accurate maintenance and repair of vehicles
Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of workshop area
Monitor workflow to anticipate impact of delays
Liaise with contractual vehicle maintenance contractors if the work need to be done externally
Communicate with vehicle\xe2\x80\x99s user on the routine service / maintenance schedule
Review work orders and to ensure that all actions have been documented
Ensure the practices and procedures meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
