Primary Purpose and Function
Manage workshop operation and deliver budgeted revenue with targeted throughput (FY2026 budget revenue of external sales of SGD4.6 millions with 12,043 unit throughput
Maintain ISO 9000 quality standard and compliance as well as coporate goverance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage daily workshop operations
Ensure achievement of budgeted sales, GP & KPIs
Coordinate with NVP, vendors in fulfillng new vehicle preparation and deliveries
Collaborate with technical department in trouble shooting, developing field fix and escalating trend to principals
Identify training gaps and staff development
Ensure and Maintenance of compliance on ISP 9000 quality processess and principals after-sales service policies
Requirements
10 years automotive aftersales or workshop experience
Experience in handling principals
Experience in warranty process and procedures
Experience in using dealer management systems, EPC and other principals portals
Education
Diploma or higher
