• Ability to provide technical guidance and monitor daily work schedule for workers
• Ensure our operation teams to carry out the job task and plan delivery schedule on time.
• Monitor loading and unloading of heavy equipment in workshop.
• Overseas control internal purchase items and in house tools and equipment.
• Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
• Manage all aspects of operation and labour cost and yield management.
• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating SOP Policy.
• Ability to identify complex problems, interpretation operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions.
• Manage and provide day-to-day leadership to various technical and provide administrative support
• Inspect heavy equipment to ensure they meet our heavy equipment specifications.
• Manage facility costs as related to all operations and production procedures.
• Maintain all safety standards comply under Company ISO standard requirements.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• With 5 years Supervisory experience in heavy machinery equipment industry.
• Familiar with China brand heavy equipment such as reach stacker, crawler crane, excavators, trucks and forklift.
• Solid background in scheduling cost control, process management, inventory control and quality assurance.
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• With valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
