Responsibilities Workshop Resource Management

Perform Production Planning in view of available inventory.
Plan and assign both direct and indirect resources to process customer orders.
Liaise with 3PL (logistics) service provider to keep track of the movement of equipment & accessories in & out of the shop floor.
Ensure accurate system data entry/transaction on the movement of all necessary material resources.
Perform inspection of RMA (Returned Material Authorisation) machines
Assist section manager on day-to-day operations.

Workshop Operations

Supervise quality CAP (Configuration Arrangement Process) & pre-delivery installation to all new equipment.
Supervise quality refurbishing and reconditioning of return trials/demo equipment.
Perform repair to any quality deficiency products.
Implement all factory recommended modifications to new products
Coordinate resources to achieve optimum activities on various job types (i.e. CAP/pre-delivery installation, quality repair/rework, refurbish, and recondition of return exchange and demonstration equipment.)

Requirements

At least 1 years’ experience in similar function in configuring complex equipment.
