WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO
The Writer will envision the ideas into scripts and smoothen the production process. Together, you will create and produce photos and videos that are going to help achieve our clients’ goals and dreams.
Our team of 66 entrepreneurial-minded people runs business marathons together like a professional sports team. We know that each member has a critical role to play in winning the game, therefore, they are ready to help you get up to speed in no time and are ready to extend a helping hand when you need it most.

• Scriptwriting
  • Produce 2 video creatives every day or 10 videos a week.
  • Create ideas that are interesting and attention grabbing.
• Research
  • Research brand competitors and products.
  • Combine and transform ideas from different sources.
  • Securing no copyright issue and claims on ideas that the team will produce.
• Process Optimization
  • Identify bottlenecks and learn how to create an efficient process.
  • Create SOPs and checklist for easier task execution and turnover.
  • Create new processes based on failures and success.
• Basic Project Management
  • Organize files and documents for client and team access.
  • Task delegation and creation.
  • Make sure that there are no overdue tasks.

• 
  
• You must have at least one (1) year of Scriptwriting experience.
• You are able to perform idea generation/conceptualization.
• You have experience with Content Planning & Production.
• You have basic Cinematography/videography (a big plus).
• You have good presentation skills.
• You can manage your time well, able to give and receive honest feedback.
• You have project management skills.
• You can work with a team.
• You are willing to work onsite (full time).
