We're The Visual Team, a graphic and animation studio based in Singapore & Malaysia. We're a team of creative explorers helping businesses connect with the audience through delightful designs and animationsAnyway, we're looking for a Project Manager — a really important person here who can manage and liaise with both clients and our team effectively.Here's what you'll be doing:

• Work with Sales to plan project timelines and deliverables
• Gather information from clients and ensure the team delivers to client expectations
• Be the point of contact for all projects
• Keep track of project milestones and ensure they are met
• Manage clients expectations based on our team's workload
• Break down long, complicated briefs into bite-sized, easy-to-understand chunks
• Communicate client briefs/ideas to the team
• Balance the workload among the team through good delegation and communication
• Present ideas and manage meetings according to the agenda
• Record minutes for all meetings
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas to the team (Bonus)
• Empower and encourage our team by celebrating success together
• Improve work processes and resolve issues
• Attend sales meetings and support the sales team

Requirements

• Detailed-oriented
• Goal-driven
• Experience with managing or leading a team
• A minimum of 1-2 years of project management experience in a creative, design or relevant agency
• A background in design, creative or anything related
• Good written and communication skills in English (Mandarin would be a plus)
• Able to manage multiple clients
• Familiar with design software such as Figma, Photoshop is a plus
• Team player that cares not just about the quality of our work, but also the team's well being
