Key Responsibilities
Lead site safety teams and implement WSH processes
Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and staff training
Investigate incidents and recommend improvements to ensure safe working conditions
Ensure compliance with WSH Act and statutory requirements
Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and stakeholders
Prepare and submit safety reports to management, clients, and authorities
Requirements
Registered WSH Officer with MOM
Relevant qualification in WSH or Engineering
3+ years' experience as a WSH Officer (Junior WSHO considered)
Strong knowledge of WSH regulations and risk management
Excellent communication, leadership, and initiative
