Ensure all employees are properly equipped with
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
and receive required
safety training
(e.g. forklift, overhead crane operation).
Carry out
regular inspections and audits
on fire protection systems, machinery, and general workplace safety standards.
Investigate accidents and incidents
, identify root causes, and recommend or implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and submit incident reports to MOM, and handle all matters related to work injury cases.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
records of inspections, incidents, and training activities

Provide
advice and guidance
to management and staff on WSH matters, including compliance with
ISO 45001
,
BizSAFE
, and
risk management frameworks
.
Monitor and review new
WSH regulations, industry trends, and best practices
to support continuous improvement in workplace safety culture and performance.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health
Possess a valid registration with MOM
Familiar with ISO documentation
Must possess professional knowledge in Law and regulations (WSH Act and Environment)
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry
Able to work independently with positive attitude
Possess good leadership and organisation abilities
