Job Description
& Requirements
Roles & ResponsibilitiesProtect and limit the company’s Liabilities and exposure while managing environmental, health, and safety works.
Conduct regular safety inspections of material tools, worksites, etc
Prepare site Risk Assessment and weekly & monthly WSH and related reports.
Supervise, complete, ensure, and attend to all documentation/ permit/ license as necessary related to the workplace, safety, health, and environment.
Conduct safety inspections related to the metal fabrication and process industry to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with MOM safety requirements, ensuring all workers comply with MOM requirements
Conduct weekly toolbox meeting
Ensure and monitor that workmen have the necessary certification and permits to enter the job site.
Accident investigations and updating statistics
Conduct safety training for employees
Report to the Management on all matters
RequirementsMust have Advanced Certificate for Workplace Safety & Health
With at least 3 years of relevant experience in the metal fabrication and/or process industry
Good knowledge of the WSH Act and other WSH related matters
MS Office Knowledge
Able to supervise and lead a team of workers
