Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

• To support and administer all WSH-related initiatives.

• Conduct daily toolbox meeting / inspection with our own supervisors/workers and subcontractors supervisors/workers.

• Conduct daily WSH inspection to ensure total compliance to MOM regulations and recommend preventive measures.

• Handle daily site inspections on WSH aspects, and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.

• Prepare and review the safety documents (Risk Assessment/Safe Work Procedures/Method of Statement and etc).

• To investigate workplace accidents if any, identify causes and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

• Execute risk management plan for work process and work areas.

• Ensure PTW supporting documents are valid and in place for operational performance.

• Ensure all workers at site are issued with PPE and attended SIC course before commence of work.

• Ensure proper housekeeping by our own workers and subcontractors workers on daily basis.

• Ensure all machinery and equipment at all sites are in good working conditions.

• Ensure Health & Safety Environment Management system is effectively implemented.

• Other add-hoc WSH duties assigned by the management.
  

• Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent.
• Possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Risk Management and First Aid certified.
• Possess knowledge of WSH Act.
• Able to liaise with Chinese speaking suppliers/subcontractors.
• Literate effectively in speaking and written English for reports.
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
