Job Description
We are in search of a highly skilled Xero Bookkeeper & Management Accountant to join our Outsourced
Finance Team.

strong bookkeeping, AR & AP & management accounting knowledge.

Ultimately, you are responsible for continuing the success of our daily business practices — and
ushering in a new era of growth.
What will you be doing?
You will be working within our Outsourced Finance Department to manage our fast-growing client's
financial affairs up to the day, including:-
✔ Daily reconciliation of Xero, Dext, and other client-related systems.
Weekly supplier payment runs.
Weekly performance reports to clients
Designing & implementing financial systems for clients.
Monthly management account preparation.
- Joining & leading our monthly performance reviews with clients.
Who are we looking for?
Fun, outgoing, and committed.
Great communicator - who can be the day-to-day face of some of our fastest-growing clients.
Xero experience (certified preferably) and knowledge of the Xero ecosystem.
Commitment to self-development - looking for that 1% daily.
Attention to detail.
Commercially astute.
AAT or QBE qualified.
