Job Responsibilities:

To ensure worksite compliance with Workplace, Safety and Health and Environmental Management / Regulation.
To conduct safety inspection; assess Risk Assessments, incident/accident investigation.
To assist with safety program implementation at the workplace.
To oversee and lead the subcontractors in the implementation of the Company’s safety systems at sites.
To liaise closely with site operations staff and Project / Site Managers / Government Regulatory Authorities.
To ensure all related safety equipment and PPE are in order and properly maintained.
To carry out any related functions/duties and processes as directed by the superior.
To conduct daily VSCC and assist in planning and directing the functions of the committee.
Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) & Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

Min. O level or ITE Certificate / WSQ Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in a Shipyard.
Preferably to have a shipyard safety supervisor certificate and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health;
Proficient in MS Office
