Description
- Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of associated business units as instructed
- Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
- Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
- Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure all physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned
- Assist in any other duties assigned
- Minimum qualification, Diploma / Degree
- Independent and resourceful
- Good problem solving & analytical skills
- Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels
