Yogurt Shop Service Crew

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation of the store
- Take order, prepare, and serve frozen yogurt to customers
- Attend to customers\' queries and feedbacks to provide positive customer experience
- Do routine cleaning and maintain cleanliness in store
- Adhere to SOPs on all products and to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards
- With working experience in retail background will be an added advantage
- Training provided
- Must able to work in shift pattern and work on PH, Sat and Sun
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good customer service
- Working location: Orchard or Yishun (Depends on candidates\' staying location)
- Working hours: 44 working hours per week, No Overtime
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
- Commission pay
