, you will focus on
delivering engaging training sessions and facilitating youth programmes

High performers in this role will be given
progressive exposure to leadership and consultancy work
, including opportunities to shadow consultants when engaging with school leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions across youth development programmes.
Mentor and support Training Associates through onboarding, coaching, and continuous learning.
Manage training operations: scheduling, reporting, logistics preparation, and inventory management.
Contribute to curriculum content development, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and participant needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Energetic, approachable, and passionate about youth development.
Skilled in facilitation and classroom/group management.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Eager to learn and adapt quickly; open to new experiences.
Knowledge of Singapore's education landscape (MOE system, CCAs, youth/community organisations) is an advantage.
Prior experience with youths is preferred, but
fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Other Information
Work arrangement: Fully onsite at our office located in the West.
Salary:
$2,800 - $3,200 per month
(depending on qualifications and experience).
