Organization Overview Pasir Panjang Hill Brethren Church has a growing youth ministry (LOUDgen) currently with about 70 youth. The wider church family comprises about 500 members (English & Chinese congregations). We have a strong mission focus, seeking to serve both our local and overseas communities. Our Mission: To bring people to Jesus and Membership in His church, develop them to Christ-like Maturity, and equip them for Ministry in the church and life Mission in the world, in order to Magnify God\xe2\x80\x99s name. Job Summary Responsibilities include pastoral care, discipleship and organizing programs for the youth in church as well as those outside the church (in particular, the youth in Teban Gardens). The candidate should build good relationships with the youth and their parents, to facilitate growing their faith. He/she would also have to work with the Children\xe2\x80\x99s and Young Adults\xe2\x80\x99 Pastors to facilitate integration and transition between the different ministries; and work with our PPH Community Services Centre on outreach programs. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Affinity for young people and an understanding of their needs and challenges \xc2\xb7 Excited to reach and disciple the next generation \xc2\xb7 Experience working with youth \xc2\xb7 Some experience in preaching to youth \xc2\xb7 Some theological training or a willingness to undertake it \xc2\xb7 Proficiency with social media Applications All applications will be kept confidential. Education:

• Bachelor\'s or equivalent (Required)
